Refund policy

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO A STORE?
No, unfortunately they cannot be returned to a store, they will need to be return to our warehouse address which is the following:

HOW SHOULD I SEND IT?
We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a 'Certificate of Posting' as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility. Please note we are unable to to refund any postage charges for sending items back to us.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY ORDER BEFORE RETURNING
You have 10 days to notify us if you wish to return your order, please return your goods to us within 10 days of cancellation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Returns are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back.

Please allow a further week for a refund to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.

We'll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)

We're only human and on rare occasions mistakes can happen. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY
If you think the item your received is faulty get in touch with sales@2ndacademicstore.com and we'll see what we can do about it.

ITEMS EXEMPT FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND
Some items are exempt for exchange/refund. These items are swimwear bottoms, gift cards, earrings, magazines, lip balms, face creams, oils, socks, perfumes, and aerosols. Also note, some special release product is non-returnable and will be outlined clearly on product pages and our release information page. If you're unsure if what you bought is eligible for exchange/refund, please email us at sales@2ndacademicstore.com

ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?

Please note before purchase we do NOT accept returns from outside the U.K.
